| When Gibson built designed the ES-335 it was a hit. This guitar has the best elements of a Strat and a Gibson 335. This is a Haywire version with some refinements: The lower bout is not as wide making it much easier to place on a lap for playing and practicing while sitting down. While the thickness is the same the rear is shaped and cut out like a Strat for comfort and closer to the body feel. Optional EMG active Humbuckers are available. The neck is slim with a Gibson feel and 22 Frets. |
